+ To ensure entering the medicine details in e-Aushadhi Portal (Batch no. manufacturing date, Expiry date, etc.)
+ After receiving the request from the vendor for dispatch clearance order, the dispatch clearance order is issued to the concerned vendor after verify the report from Technical Advisor.
+ Receive the medicine/consumables/challans in Central ware house, District store according to the purchase order & Dispatch Clearance Order.
+ To supply of drugs, consumables etc. by doing continuous adequacy planning as per demands/ Purchase Order issued by the competent Authority.
+ Issuing the work order to Transporter of JMHIDPCL, to deliver the medicine, consumables etc. according to the distribution list /consignee details.
+ Timely supply of Medicine to district through commercial vehicles.
+ Send the sample (Medicine) to Quality Cell of JMHIDPCL to ensure the quality of the Medicine/ Consumables etc. for quality test.
+ Issuing the Quality clearance certificate after getting the approval from Technical Advisor on NABL test report.
+ Generation of ware house receipt for further process.
+ Coordinate with DIC/Civil surgeon/store keeper to lift up of medicine and if necessary, issue the letter for it.

Quality Test

+ Testing as per the Drugs & Cosmetics Act 1940
+ Drugs Inspector draws the samples from all depots of corporation and looks after statutory provisions as per the Drugs & Cosmetics act 1940 & rules there under.
+ Drugs Inspectors of Food & Drugs Control Administration also draw the samples from supplies made to Health Institutions.
+ Based on sub standard/Spurious report of the drugs, the recovery/replacement process is taken & the same is informed to all officers by circular.
+ As per the policy of corporation, debarring process is followed.
+ The name of debarred firms is also published on the website of JMHIDPCL.
